The Good Mahi Model™ started because at Impact Ink, we needed it ourselves.
We wanted our consulting services to be accessible to not-for-profits while building a financially sustainable business.
And we knew that being able to credibly tell the story of the good we pass on was a genuine point of difference.
So we built the framework we wished existed.
Now we're sharing what we’ve embedded in our operation.
Businesses in Aotearoa are generous.
But generosity without structure is hard to sustain, hard to measure, and hard to talk about credibly.
The Good Mahi Model™ is our attempt to change that. A framework that makes structured, meaningful community contribution the norm for small businesses, not just the big ones with “Corporate Social Responsibility” budgets.
